Long-term leasing for Malaysian companies — insurance, road tax, maintenance and a replacement vehicle included. 4,000 km a month included, delivered nationwide.
MCL runs its own branches, owns its own vehicles, buys new ones straight from Perodua, and has been doing this for a decade. Each one changes what happens when something goes wrong.

A vehicle is delivered, serviced or swapped from whichever branch is nearest — including Sabah and Sarawak, where most leasers stop at the coast.

200vehicles, all ours
Every unit on the rate card is owned by MCL, parked in our own yard and serviced by our own workshop. When a replacement is due, it comes off our line — not from a phone call to someone else’s.
Peroduapartnership · bulk purchasing
MCL buys its Perodua fleet in bulk, directly from Perodua. It means a company that needs brand-new units — a specific model, colour or spec, or twenty of the same car for a project — gets them ordered at source rather than hunted one by one at dealers, delivered by us, and placed on the same master agreement as the rest of the fleet.

10years in the business
Long enough to have seen two vehicle-price cycles, one pandemic and every way a lease can go wrong — and to have written the fixes into the agreement.
Sedans for the sales team, MPVs for crew and clients, SUVs for management, pickups for site — all on one contract.
Your monthly rate is the number that goes into your project costing. No extra invoices at month end.
Nine invoices a month became one. My finance team stopped chasing paperwork and started closing the month on time.
The number I signed at is the number I still pay. No servicing bills, no road tax surprise at renewal.
One car went in after an accident. The replacement was outside our office the next morning, before I had even filed the claim.
Signed on Tuesday, keys on Friday. A truck sitting idle costs me a full day of crew, so that mattered more than the rate.
We run about 4,000 km a month per vehicle. On a capped plan the excess alone would have cost more than the lease.
Buying would have tied up cash I needed for stock. A year in, I have upgraded once and lost nothing on resale.
We opened in Kuantan and Ipoh the same quarter. Both cars were on site before the offices were furnished.
Estate roads eat tyres. I have not paid for a single replacement in eighteen months.
One statement a month for the whole fleet, so my accountant stopped chasing me for receipts at year end.
Five vehicles means one agreement with five schedules — not five separate contracts. Invoices are consolidated, your PO number is carried through, and a statement of account goes out every month.
Rates shown are per-term monthly rates confirmed by MCL (30 September 2026).
For vehicles you need for months at a time, the difference is what is in the rate — and what is written down.

4,000 km a month on the standard plan, with servicing and wear covered within it. An unlimited plan is available at a higher rate. On either plan the rate quoted is the rate invoiced — there is no excess calculation at month end. Two scheduled services a year are included; servicing beyond that is agreed against actual usage and set out in the agreement.
Book online with the RM100 fee; company checks clear the same working day and the vehicle reaches your site in three to seven working days. You sign only after inspecting it.
A replacement vehicle within 24 hours, held as a written SLA in the agreement — not a verbal promise. Roadside assistance covers the whole country.
Yes. The master agreement lets vehicle schedules be added or ended individually, so your fleet can follow project phases without renegotiating the whole contract.
A rental is priced by the day or the week and the vehicle goes back. A lease is a fixed monthly rate over six to thirty-six months under one master agreement, with insurance, road tax, scheduled servicing and a 24-hour replacement built into that rate. For a company running the same vehicle every day, the lease is the cheaper and quieter of the two — one invoice a month, one number in the project costing.
Rates start at RM1,600 a month on a 24-month term and rise with the model and the segment. The rate on every vehicle page updates as you change the term and the mileage plan, so the figure you see is the figure invoiced. Booking costs RM100.
Comprehensive insurance with the additional-driver extension, road tax and its renewals, two scheduled services a year, a 24-hour replacement vehicle written in as an SLA, nationwide roadside assistance, and delivery to your site. Nothing on that list is invoiced separately at month end.
RM100 to reserve the unit, and nothing else until you have seen it. The first month and a deposit of one month’s rate are invoiced only after the vehicle is delivered and you have inspected it — you sign at that point, not before.
Any company registered in Malaysia. All we ask for is your business card. Delivery runs three to seven working days from booking — the time it takes to prepare the vehicle and get it to your site.
Lease rentals are normally treated as a deductible business expense rather than a capital purchase, and the Income Tax Act caps the deductible rental on passenger cars. The cap that applies to your company is a question for your tax agent — what we do is make the paperwork support the claim: every invoice carries your PO number through, and a statement of account follows monthly.
Yes. Vehicles are delivered, serviced and swapped from whichever of the six branches is nearest — Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Langkawi, Johor Bahru, Kuching or Kota Kinabalu — on the same master agreement and the same rate card. Sabah and Sarawak are covered, which is where most leasing companies stop.
The vehicle comes back to us. If you want to keep it, renew the schedule and the lease carries on with the same unit — no new delivery, no second handover. Every vehicle on the rate card stays MCL-owned, so a renewal is a conversation about the next rate rather than a purchase.
Pay the booking fee online. Company checks clear the same working day, the vehicle reaches your site in three to seven working days, and you sign only after inspecting it.
