Can’t keep up with the instalment? We take the car over.
MCL takes over cars from model year 2024 onward. You hand over the car, we take on the monthly instalment from that month, and the car goes into the corporate fleet. You walk away from the payment — without having to find cash to sell.

You are not unwilling to sell. You are unable to.
A car bought new in 2024 is worth less today than what is still owed on it. Selling means paying the bank the difference in cash first — money most people in this position do not have. That gap is the whole reason this programme exists.
Illustrative figures for a typical 2024 sedan, not a quote. Your numbers depend on the car, the loan and the arrears — which is why we only make an offer after seeing the car.
Three steps. No cash from you at any of them.

Send the details
Model, year, monthly instalment and six photos, in the form below. Cars from 2024 onward only — that rule is fixed.
- 02
We see the car, then make an offer
At the nearest branch or where the car is. We check its condition and the loan position, and only then tell you the terms. No figure is promised before that.
- 03
Hand over
You sign, hand over the keys, and the instalment from that month onward is ours. The paperwork on the loan and grant is walked through with you in person at the branch.
Read this first.
Four things stated plainly, so the form is not a waste of your time.
- 2024 or newer only. Older cars do not qualify and we cannot make exceptions — the fleet needs vehicles that corporate lessees will accept.
- No offer before we see the car. Anyone who quotes you a figure over WhatsApp without seeing the car is guessing. We do not.
- Arrears must be declared. If you are behind on payments, tell us how many months in the form. It does not disqualify you, but it changes the terms, and finding out later does.
- The car is gone. Once handed over it goes into the fleet. This is an exit, not a loan holiday — if you want the car back later, this is the wrong programme.
You hand over the keys. We take the rest.

Tell us about the car.
Model, year, instalment and six photos. We come back with whether it qualifies and which branch to bring it to.
Before you hand over the keys.
Do I get any cash for the car?
The programme is designed to get you out of the instalment, not to buy the car for cash. What you are relieved of is the monthly payment from the takeover month onward. Whether anything beyond that applies depends on the car and the loan, and is only discussed after we have seen it.
What happens to the loan and the grant?
That depends on your bank and the loan, and it is the part we go through with you in person at the branch, with the documents in front of us. We do not settle it over WhatsApp, because a wrong answer there is worse than no answer.
I am behind on payments. Can I still apply?
Yes. Say how many months in the form. Arrears change the terms, but hiding them is the one thing that ends the conversation.
Which cars qualify?
Model year 2024 or newer, in good condition, with the loan in your own name. Any make. Cars older than 2024 do not qualify, without exception.
Can I get the car back later?
No. Once handed over it goes into the corporate fleet. If what you need is a short break from payments rather than an exit, this is not the right programme.
How long does it take?
Two steps after the form: we view the car and make an offer, then you sign and hand over. How fast that runs depends on the bank paperwork, so we do not promise a number of days.
Who am I dealing with?
LS Tour Sdn Bhd (1529893-P), the company behind MalaysiaCarLeasing and MalaysiaRentaCar — a MOTAC-licensed operator (L/N 11966) with six branches. Not a Marketplace account without a name.
