1. Rates and availability

Monthly rates shown on this website are indicative until the vehicle schedule is issued. Vehicle colour, trim and availability are confirmed on the vehicle schedule before an agreement is signed. Photographs are representative of the model, not of a specific unit.

2. Bookings and enquiries

The RM1 booking fee holds a unit; the first month and a one-month deposit are invoiced only after you have inspected the vehicle. Enquiries do not create a contract. A booking becomes binding only when the master agreement is executed by both parties.

3. Content

Text, photographs, the MCL mark and the layout of this website belong to LS Tour Sdn Bhd (1529893-P) or its licensors. Partner and manufacturer names and logos are the trademarks of their respective owners and are used to identify those organisations. Their use here does not imply endorsement. You may not reproduce the content for commercial purposes without written consent.

4. Accuracy

We keep the website current but do not warrant that every detail is complete or error-free at all times. Where the website and a signed agreement differ, the agreement prevails.

5. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia and the courts of Malaysia have exclusive jurisdiction.
